📄 FoundersKlub Subscription Refund Policy

1. Overview

At FoundersKlub, we aim to deliver high-impact support, connections, and opportunities for founders and changemakers. However, if you feel that our services did not meet your expectations, we offer a limited refund policy to ensure a fair user experience.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
You subscribed to a monthly membership plan.
You submit your refund request within 3 calendar days of your subscription date or renewal.
You provide a clear reason outlining why the platform did not deliver the expected value.

3. Platform Access Fee Deduction (10%)

Upon refund approval, FoundersKlub will deduct a 10% platform access and service fee from your total subscription amount. This fee covers the administrative costs, access to member-only content, and platform features already unlocked during your access window.

If your monthly subscription is $50, and you request a refund within 3 days, you’ll be refunded $45 (after a 10% fee deduction).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:
Your request is made after the 3-day window.
You have participated in events, booked mentorships, accessed exclusive content, or used high-engagement platform tools.
The subscription was part of a discounted offer, bundle, or custom enterprise plan.
Your reason is based purely on subjective dissatisfaction without evidence or platform

5. How to Request a Refund

Review your request within 3–5 business days
Inform you of the outcome via email
If approved, issue a partial refund (less 10% fee) to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

6. Subscription Cancellation (Future Billing)

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No mid-cycle refunds will be issued unless you meet the eligibility criteria above.

7. Dispute Resolution & Final Decisions

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may submit a written appeal within 48 hours of the decision notice.
All second reviews are final and binding.
